All information, products, and services displayed on the vogueauto.com website constitute an “invitation to offer.” Your order for purchase constitutes your “offer,” which shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed below. vogueauto.com reserves the right to accept or reject your offer without providing any reason.
By using the vogueauto.com website, you (The User) agree to the following terms and conditions. vogueauto.com reserves the right to add, delete, alter, or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
You (The User) are therefore advised to read these terms and conditions carefully each time you use the vogueauto.com website.
- We strive to display the colors of our products on the site as accurately as possible. However, as actual colors you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee color accuracy.
- The User certifies that they are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- vogueauto.com will not be responsible for any damages suffered by users from the use of services on vogueauto.com. This includes, without limitation, loss of revenue or data from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions caused by any act/omission of the vendor. This disclaimer also applies to damages caused by performance failures, negligence, defects, deletions, errors, computer viruses, communication failures, theft, unauthorized access, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tort, or any other cause of action.
- vogueauto.com takes “Full Responsibility” for your order if the order has been shipped to major cities where we use private courier companies (e.g., Blue Dart, First Flight, Pafex, DHL, etc.) to ship your order.
- Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of vogueauto.com.
- Request for cancellations of orders once placed on vogueauto.com will not be entertained.
- vogueauto.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This holds regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment received. The payment shall be refunded, and the User will be notified.
- In cases of non-delivery or late delivery due to User error (e.g., wrong or incomplete address or recipient not available), any additional cost incurred by vogueauto.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
- The User agrees to provide accurate and truthful information. vogueauto.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information provided by the User at any time. If any such User information is found to be false, vogueauto.com reserves the right to reject the registration and bar the User from using its services without prior notice.
- vogueauto.com is not liable for any credit card fraud. The responsibility of using a card fraudulently lies with the User, and the burden of proof lies with the User. The User must use their own card on the site.
- vogueauto.com shall not entertain any complaints after 15 days from the date of delivery.
- This agreement shall be construed under the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Delhi/NCR shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising from this agreement.
